Tibetan antelope population exceeds 200,000 in Nyima County area of Changtang National Nature Reserve

Over the past five years, biodiversity conservation efforts in China’s Xizang have yielded outstanding results, with steadily recovering populations of rare and endangered species. In the Nyima County area of the Changtang National Nature Reserve, the Tibetan antelope population has surpassed 200,000, while signs of rare species such as snow leopards have been observed increasingly often.
